For many years, friend Kathy Mead had asked Aline to come along on one of her
trips to Europe. Kathy is a hard working teacher living in the Traverse City area,
and every year leads a group of students and sometimes an adult guest or two to
a different area on the continent. This year, it was to be a trip to the Tuscany area
of Italy.
It seemed that this year, there would be a chance to say "Yes" to this wonderful offer.
A special treat for Aline was having her friend Barb say yes to this opportunity also.
Together, they did the tour, taking photos and loving every minute of it!
The trip was from March 27th to April 5th, and was a great success!! Here are
some of the photos that Aline was able to bring back. It sure looks like she was
having a good time to me!!
